Shipping Times and Costs

We ship each working day (Monday to Friday).

We use Parcelforce to ship our items.

Delivery times depend on your postcode but are typically 1-2 working days.

All items are shipped FREE.

You can see the shipping service on the checkout pages.

We will update the tracking once we fulfil the order and you will receive this via email.

You can then track the shipment on the courier`s website.

Cancellations

If you for any reason want to cancel your order please contact us immediately on info@trufirepit.co.uk or via the live help.

If your order hasn`t been shipped we can refund you in full within 2-3 days.

If your order has been shipped we must work with you to get the order returned and once we receive it back we will refund in full within 2-3 days.
